Welcome to GloSmilz. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, studio services, home whitening kits, merchandise, affiliate links, and any related content. By accessing or purchasing from GloSmilz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Services and Products

GloSmilz offers two categories of cosmetic whitening solutions.

  1. In studio whitening sessions where clients self apply PAP based whitening gels under guidance and supervision.

  2. Home whitening kits for personal use, provided with clear instructions.


All whitening at GloSmilz is cosmetic and non dental. It is non invasive, self administered by the client, and performed in line with UK cosmetic and GDC guidance. GloSmilz does not diagnose or treat dental conditions.

2. Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments

You must be 18 or older to receive an in studio whitening session. Full or partial payment may be required at booking.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Adjustments made within 24 hours may incur a late change fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be non refundable.

If GloSmilz needs to cancel or amend your appointment, you will be offered the next available session or a full refund.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (a no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and may be non-refundable.

3. Shipping of Home Whitening Kits

For home kit purchases:

Orders usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

UK delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Please make sure your address details are correct. GloSmilz is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues. Couriers may not operate on weekends or bank holidays.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

4. Returns and Refunds

Studio Whitening Sessions

Because whitening results vary from person to person, refunds cannot be offered on the basis of expected shade outcomes.

If you believe there was an issue with the service itself, notify us within 14 days and we will review your case individually.

Home Whitening Kits

Returns are accepted if the kit is:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The seal has been broken

  • The kit has been opened or used

  • Any gel or accessory has been partially used


Refunds apply to the cost of the kit only. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. A replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

5. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Our products and services are cosmetic only. We do not provide medical or dental advice. Consult your dentist before whitening if you have concerns about oral health.

Do not use GloSmilz whitening if:

  • You are under 18

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • You have gum disease, oral infections, severe decay, or recent oral surgery

  • You are allergic to any ingredient listed

  • You have restorations such as crowns or veneers that may not respond to whitening

Also:

Avoid swallowing gel or applying it directly to gums. Avoid eye contact. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a dentist if needed.

6. PAP Ingredient List

PAP Platinum Ingredients:
Propylene Glycol, PEG-8, Cyclodextrin, Hydroxyapatite, PVP (Polyvinylpyrrolidone), Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid, Acrylates or C10 to 30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Acacia Senegal Gum, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide).

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on enamel thickness, tooth porosity, lifestyle habits, natural shade, age, and biological factors.

Whitening may not work on crowns, veneers, fillings, bridges, antibiotic staining, trauma staining, or extremely thin enamel.

No shade improvement can be guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All GloSmilz branding, content, images, text, graphics, logos, videos, and website materials are the property of GloSmilz.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

GloSmilz complies with UK GDPR regulations.

We collect and process personal information such as contact details, appointment data, website interactions, and payment information.

Your data is never sold.

10. Pricing and Service Modifications

All prices are listed in GBP.

GloSmilz may update prices, services, or product availability at any time.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.

11. Affiliate Links and Amazon.co.uk Disclosure

GloSmilz participates in the Amazon.co.uk Associates Programme. This means some links on our website, emails, and social media are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, GloSmilz may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Amazon and third party sellers are solely responsible for fulfilment, delivery, returns, warranties, and safety of their products. Any queries about Amazon purchases must be directed to Amazon Customer Service.

GloSmilz is not liable for issues relating to third party products purchased through affiliate links.

12. Merchandise Sales and Printful Fulfilment

GloSmilz merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third party print on demand supplier.

By purchasing merchandise from our website, you acknowledge that Printful is responsible for production, packing, and delivery.

Fulfilment times vary depending on item type and location. Orders may ship in multiple parcels.

Merchandise Returns

Because items are custom printed to order, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is misprinted

  • The wrong item arrives

  • The product is damaged on arrival

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour or print variations due to the printing process

  • General wear or misuse

GloSmilz is not responsible for courier delays, customs fees, or errors caused by incorrect customer information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, GloSmilz is not liable for:

  • Incorrect use of whitening products

  • Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies

  • Variations in whitening results

  • Damage from misuse of home kits

  • Shipping delays or courier issues

  • Losses arising from Amazon or Printful purchases

  • Missed appointments or late arrival

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
